1. Proposed use ratio: QQ-302 (main agent): QQ-300 (curing agent) = 5:1 or according to the specific circumstances.

4. Composite conditions and process 1 Coating amount: depending on substrate type, required peel strength, composite speed, roller performance and product use, the general amount of glue should be controlled at 2.5 ~ 4.5kg/m2 (dry basis) .
2 Composite roll pressure: generally 2.5 ~ 4.5kg/m2, under the premise of not affecting the product quality, the composite pressure should be increased as much as possible.
3 Composite Roller Temperature: The composite roll temperature is determined according to the heat resistance of the composite material. Generally controlled at 50°C to 90°C, the composite roll temperature tends to be as high as possible without affecting the product quality.
4 Drying: In order to volatilize the solvent on the adhesive coated composite membrane, it is necessary to pass the membrane through a drying device and control the wind speed and temperature. If the air duct is divided into three sections, the temperature from the inlet to the outlet is ladder type. For 50 °C ~ 60 °C, 60 °C ~ 70 °C, 70 °C ~ 80 °C, if the aluminum film and PET film can be increased to 80 °C ~ 100 °C.

Matters needing attention 1. The remaining glue should be used within 12 hours (20 ~ 25 °C) within, in principle, do not allow the use, if the amount of residual liquid is too much, sealed in a dark place after dilution, the next day as a diluent, One by one, small amounts of newly incorporated glues are used, and they are not used for composite products with high quality requirements. If turbidity, translucency, or viscosity increase is found, they cannot be used.
2. The substrate to be bonded should be clean, dry, free of dust and oil, and the surface tension of the composite film should not be lower than 40 dyne. If it can reach 42 dyne, it is more ideal. The polyethylene and polypropylene films must be corona-treated. The surface tension is above 40 dynes, and the treated film immediately has the best effect of coating and compounding.
3. After opening the package, it must be used up in a short period of time. In particular, the curing agent is easy to absorb moisture and degenerate, and more attention should be paid to the drying. It should be sealed immediately after use.
4. In the production of composite packaging materials, the amount of residual solvent that has been dried by the glue is controlled below 10 mg/m2.
5. The adhesive application does not contain alcohol, amines and ethyl acetate which is not higher than 300PPM moisture. As the diluent, water, alcohol, glue and other impurities are forbidden to be mixed into the working fluid.
6. The type of film and the concentration of the glue solution, the depth of the wire roller, and the number of wires have an influence on the adhesive strength of the composite film. Before use, it is necessary to select or consult the factory.
7. The network roller should be regularly cleaned with our professional roller cleaner.
8. Do not mix this product with other adhesives. If necessary, please consult our factory technical department.
