Improve the cooking resistance of solvent-free polyurethane coating adhesive

Polyurethane coating adhesive is widely used in cooking bags. Cooking bags are mainly divided into four types according to the conditions of use: low temperature cooking bag (100), medium temperature cooking bag (121), high temperature cooking bag (135) and ultra-high temperature cooking bag (145). And because different fillers need to be added to the cooking bag during the use process, it is also necessary to have the characteristics of acid resistance, oil resistance and salt resistance. In order to meet the needs of use at high temperatures, under normal circumstances, isocyanate with aromatic ring structure (MDI or TDI) is selected under the conditions of use below 100. However, under the conditions of use above 100, the residual monomer of isocyanate with aromatic ring structure will react with water to generate aromatic amines, which has potential carcinogenic risk, so it is necessary to choose aliphatic isocyanate adhesive (IPDI or HDI).

Solveless polyurethane coating adhesive can only be applied to low-end packaging products at the beginning, but with the continuous advancement of domestic and foreign scholars' research work, through the modification of polyols to improve its heat resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, etc., so that this situation has been improved. The introduction of multi-functional substances can increase the crosslinking density of polyurethane composite film, thus improving the heat resistance.

Guangdong Xinhui Chemical Company used poly1, 4-butanediol adipate, castor oil and isophorone diisocyanate as raw materials to synthesize the A component of solvent-free adhesive, and modified castor oil with silane coupling agent to prepare modified castor oil (which can improve water resistance, cooking resistance and thermal performance) and added it to the B component of solvent-free adhesive. A kind of two-component solvent-free aluminum foil cooking adhesive resistant to high temperature 135was obtained.
