Team is the basic unit of enterprise production and operation activities, and the implementation point of production tasks. To prevent accidents from the team level, especially in the field management, the team leader needs to do the following work.
First, it is necessary to strengthen the safety awareness and safety skills of team employees. The well-known DuPont company found through ten years of statistical research: the occurrence of accidents, 96% from people's unsafe behavior, 4% from people's unsafe conditions. Through team morning meeting, safety education and training, experiential learning, accident anticipation and other activities to improve the safety awareness of employees, but also strengthen the training of safety skills, accident drills and other activities to improve the safety ability of employees.
Second, according to the staff's position and operation characteristics, arrange personnel to carry out regular spot inspection and maintenance of the equipment, find abnormal conditions or hidden problems to timely report to the on-site management personnel or equipment management personnel.
Third, maintain a good working environment on site, and do a good job of "sorting" and "rectification" of on-site items.
Fourth, organize the team staff to learn the safety rules and regulations and operating procedures, find the need to modify the operating procedures in time to report to the superior, to ensure that employees can understand and use the latest operating procedures.
Fifth, encourage team employees to report attempted events in a timely manner, and at the same time share within the team, find the cause of occurrence, carry out on-site improvement, and make relevant records and report to superiors.
Sixth, create a team culture atmosphere in which team employees care for each other and actively intervene in unsafe behaviors.
Seventh, the team leader himself should walk more on the scene, and find unsafe problems to be solved or reported in time.
