XH-PU303E polyurethane Ink Binder is completely dissolved in ester organic solvents and alcohol, ester mixed solvents, users can add alcohol, ester and other organic solvents and mixed solvents as needed when preparing ink. It is a Single Ester Soluble Pu Resin.

Use

XH-PU303E Ethyl Ester Resin uses a unique process formula to provide better stability for the configured gravure inks.

The intaglio printing ink formulated with XH-PU303E is suitable for the printing of surface treated polypropylene (OPP), polyester (PET), nylon (NY) and other printed plastic films.

XH-PU303E Ester Resin has good flexibility and adhesion, and the prepared gravure printing ink has excellent adhesion and composite strength, which is an ideal connection material for preparing environmentally friendly alcohol and ester soluble gravure printing inks.

Because XH-PU303E has excellent temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance, it can be used to prepare intaglio printing inks that can resist water boiling at 100℃ and cooking sterilization and disinfection at 121℃. In order to obtain excellent strength and heat resistance of the ink system, users can add appropriate amount of special crosslinking curing agent XH-H50A according to requirements.
