XH-50NT/K75 is a Two Component Solvent Based Polyurethane Adhesive with high corrosion resistance and deep drawing resistance, which is specially specially used for the lamination of outer film of lithium battery. It is suitable for the interlayer composite of PET, NY, PVC, BOPP, aluminum foil and other substrates.

Product characteristics

50NT Composite Adhesive has good adhesion to a variety of film substrates, has excellent acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance, resistance to media properties and high temperature resistance, freeze resistance, hydrolysis resistance.

This adhesive is for composite materials like aluminum foil and other rigid materials, with strong initial adhesion and high composite fastness.

It is a good leveling, wettability, suitable for medium and high speed coating Pu Adhesive Glue for lithium battery outer film lamination.

Dilution solvents and requirements

The water content of the solvent ethyl acetate is required to be less than 0.2%, and it cannot contain solvents containing active hydrogen such as alcohols and amines.
