Product Description

XH-50EG/K75 is a Pu Adhesive Glue of two components.

XH-50EG/K75 Polyurethane Adhesive fits for the lamination of PET, CPP, PE, aluminum foil, OPP, NY, PVC and other substrates.

It is a 2 Part Polyurethane Glue with high strength and corrosion resistance.

The calculation equation of solvent usage amount is as shown below:

Solvent usage amount= [base dosage×curing agent content (%) + curing agent dosage×curing agent content (%)]/ the set working concentration - (base dosage + curing agent dosage)

Coating thickness: the adhesive working concentration may be determined as per the adhesive amount and performance of adhesive roller (the mesh depth, line number and others of the adhesive roller), while it is better to select the concentration within the range of 20~40% in general.
