Product Description

XH-9802A/XH-9802B is a high-performance, two component adhesive without solvents, which has excellent cost-effectiveness. The A part is isocyanate component, and the B part is hydroxyl component. It is suitable for lamination between OPP, CPP, PE, PET, NY, VMPET, and VMCPP substrates.

Product characteristics

This Solvent Free Lamination adhesive has good adhesion to a variety of film substrates and good leveling, wettability, ink adaptability. Ii is a Polyurethane Glue that can be operated at a low temperature of 30-50℃, suitable for high-speed coating and multi-layer material composite with ith good viscosity characteristics. Non Solvent Based Adhesive, with excellent cost performance, good opening.

Note: Density will vary with the change of temperature, each time before starting the glue machine A, B components of the actual amount of glue weight ratio is accurate.

Scope of application

Suitable for general solvent-free composite equipment, if the specially designed multi-roll gluing system and tension control can be suitable for low initial viscosity solvent-free equipment effect is better.

Operation time
