Product Description

XH-9800 is a 1 Component Polyurethane, moisture-cured solventless Polyurethane Adhesive for composite packaging, which is suitable for the composite of paper and transparent film and aluminum foil for printing and Food Packaging Adhesive. Suitable for PET/ paper, OPP/ paper, VMPET/ paper and other conventional paper-plastic composite structures.

Curing condition

It is necessary to provide the humidity required for curing in order to ensure that the XH-9800 adhesive is fully cured. If the ambient relative humidity is less than 60% at an ambient temperature of 20 ° C, a humidifier can be used for production compounding. In a high humidity environment, as long as the moisture does not condense on the surface of the film, it will not affect the normal curing. Paper or cardstock composite, because it contains 3-5% moisture enough to meet the humidity conditions required for normal curing.

Storage

Store unopened XH-9800 in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Products that are not used up after opening must be sealed and stored as soon as possible.
