Product Description

XH-50B/K75 is a 2 Component Polyurethane Adhesive with chemical medium resistance and boiling resistance, which is suitable for the interlayer composite of OPP, CPP, PE, CPE, PET, NY, AL and other composite materials for food flexible packaging.

Product characteristics

1, Bonding polyurethane,has good adhesion to a variety of film substrates.

2, It is a Composite Adhesive with good initial viscosity and better peeling strength, suitable for aluminum foil and other rigid material composite.

3, With good heat resistance, freeze resistance, hydrolysis resistance, medium resistance, chemical resistance, suitable for jelly, pudding, juice drinks and other need to warm boil disinfection packaging, as well as containing a variety of acid, alkali, naphthalene (insect pills), flavors and other chemical synthetic substances have a better adaptability.

4, It is a Pu Adhesive Glue with good wetting, leveling performance, suitable for high and medium speed coating.

Application scope : general dry composite.

Coating method : gravure coating.

Coating amount : 2.5-5g /m² (dry base, according to the film structure after processing, use, quality requirements to decide).

Composite roller temperature : generally controlled at 50℃-80℃, and the film susceptible to temperature is controlled at 50℃-60℃.
