XH-508NT/K75 is a two-component reactive dry Composite Adhesive with high corrosion resistance and deep drawing resistance, which is specially developed for the outer layer adhesive of aluminum-plastic film of lithium battery. XH-508NT/K75 Polyurethane Adhesive is suitable for interlayer composite of PET, NY, PVC, BOPP, aluminum foil and other substrates.

Product characteristics

1. Good adhesion to various film substrates, excellent acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance and medium resistance. 2. It has good temperature resistance, frost resistance and hydrolysis resistance.

3. High initial adhesion and high composite fastness, suitable for composite of rigid materials such as aluminum foil.

4. High flexibility, high tensile strength and good deep drawing resistance.

5. It has good leveling and wetting performance and is suitable for medium and high speed coating.
