Product Description

XH-50WL/K75 is a two-component reactive Polyurethane Adhesive with good film flexibility and excellent deep drawing resistance. It has excellent composite strength for plastic-plastic and plastic-aluminum composite structures. It is a special Polyurethane Glue for food cover film and medicine blister packaging. Suitable for the composite of PVC, OPP, PET, AL, NY, CPP, PE and other substrates.

Product characteristics

1, with excellent initial bonding fastness, excellent composite strength for plastic film and metal materials;

2. The film has good transparency after curing, good flexibility and deep drawing resistance;

3, with excellent heat resistance, frost resistance;

4, with good leveling, wettability, coating performance;

5, with good cooking resistance, boiling resistance, products can withstand 121℃,30 minutes of high temperature cooking disinfection;

Matters needing attention

The Pu Adhesive Glue that has been prepared should be used up within 8 hours as far as possible. If the viscosity of the adhesive is found to be significantly increased or cloudy, it should be stopped.

This product contains flammable solvent, no fireworks and pay attention to static electricity.

The workplace should be kept ventilated, and wear appropriate labor protection tools.
