XH-60WT/LW75 is a kind of reactive 2 Part Polyurethane Adhesive for color steel film with high performance, high strength and aging resistance, which is carefully developed by using foreign advanced process formula and synthesis technology, and selecting imported high-quality raw materials. It is suitable for PET(12-40μ or more) /AL color steel composite film.

Product characteristics

1, good initial adhesion, high PET/AL composite strength, excellent aging resistance;

Precautions

The surface of the bonded substrate shall be treated by corona, clean and dry, free of dust and oil, and the surface tension of PET shall not be less than 42 dyne; NY as the intermediate layer must be double-sided treatment, surface tension must not be less than 50 dyne; The surface tension of OPP, CPP and PE shall not be less than 38 dyne.
